I have not received my order. How can I track it?
You should’ve received a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t see an email, please reach out to us at info@drwimabeauty so that we can assist.
If you are in morocco, you only receive an email when your package arrives from new york and is picked up for delivery locally.
Do you deliver internationally?
We ship everywhere around the world, excluding countries in which customs or other challenges prevent us from reliable shipping. Therefore we’re unable to ship to: France, Iran, Israel, Spain,Turkey. If you have a question regarding international shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders are processed within 7-14 business days. We ship orders via:
- USPS for United States orders
- USPS or DHL for International orders
- Amana for Morocco orders
We always offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Due to limited stock, shipping, processing & customs delays, our garantee of reception is 40 days after payment.
Returns are available for USA orders only.
All International orders are non-returnable, non-refundable unless order is proven lost (non-trackable) or damaged at time of delivery.
